We are thrilled to welcome you to another wonderful season at Koutouloufari Village Holiday Club!

We have set up rigorous and enhanced cleanliness practices to ensure that you can experience an elevated level of protection, in accordance with World Health Organization measures and the Greek State directive. We have also adopted a number of additional initiatives, for our guests to feel at ease at all times & our employees to have a safe workplace.

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve around the world, we would like to assure you that the safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees are our top priority at Koutouloufari Village Holiday Club!

As the current circumstances may affect your travel plans, we have updated our reservation and cancellation policies to provide more flexibility & peace of mind when booking a stay with us.

Flexible Cancellation

For guests with existing or new reservations, we will allow cancellation without penalty up to 7 days prior to arrival.

No deposit

We are not processing any charge at the time of the booking.


Terms & Conditions

Flexible Cancellation Policy: 70% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made 7 days before arrival

No deposit policy: No deposit is requested at the time of the booking; we hold the right to pre-authorize the credit card at any time.

Specific room packages are excluded from this flexible reservation and cancellation policy. Please refer to individual listing for details.

The above policy is applicable to flexible rates. Special terms & conditions apply for restricted rate plans. Please refer to each rate plan’s terms & conditions.

For reservations made via third parties, including online travel agents, travel professionals or as part of group booking, contact your booking provider or meeting planner for additional information on their policies.

  • Intensified frequency of deep-cleaning and added a disinfection procedure of all common areas; public spaces, guest rooms and to back of house areas, with an emphasis on high-contact, hard surfaces areas; such as front desk check-in counters, door handles, restrooms and dining surfaces
  • Rearranged furniture throughout all common areas and back-of-house to allow for increased spacing
  • Enhanced number of sanitizing stations will be available throughout our public areas
  • Airy spaces, with fresh air circulating in all indoor spaces and common areas
  • All A/C units receive an enhanced maintenance and their filters are regularly disinfected
  • Exhaust ventilation systems -24/7 – of restrooms

  • An enhanced cleaning protocol is implemented by our Housekeeping (who wears the required protective equipment)
  • We use the approved cleaning products from global hygiene expert Diversey™
  • A PPE safety kit-including hand sanitisers and masks- is available (upon request)

All A/C units receive an enhanced maintenance  and their filters are disinfected before every arrival



  • The frequency of our room housekeeping service is at our guests’ discretion
  • Our accommodations are eliminated of all reusable print material
  • All in-room information, as well as our menus are available via QR codes & our mobile app
  • Τhe coffee & tea amenity is available in the room, replaced before every arrival

  • Our Pool will be operating, following strict safety & hygiene protocols

  • Safe distance of 4 metres between each set of sunbeds

  • Our pools are supervised by a well-trained lifeguard


  • All employees will have their temperature checked before commencing their shift, as well as suppliers before entering our premises.
  • All employees undergo self tests on a weekly basis
  • Our guests will have their temperature checked upon arrival.
  • Moreover, we have assigned a designated hotel team, who are supervising procedures, receiving an ongoing certified training.
  • An extensive training for our staff has been completed and certified as well.
  • We are working closely with industry and health authorities on implementing our thorough hygiene and safety plan in accordance with World Health Organization measures & the Greek State directive.

What happens if I begin to feel unwell during my stay?

  • If you or your family members feel unwell or experience virus-related symptoms, please contact Reception immediately
  • Our private medical Covid-19 certified expert and our Social Environmental Health Agent are  available 24-hours to aid our guests
  •  An emergency contingency plan is in place
  • A Restorair Rapid Room Recovery Unit®, using Advanced Oxidation Cell to effectively mitigate and eliminate viruses and other contaminants and harmful pathogens in the air and on surfaces, is available at the hotel, in case of a suspicious case.

On-Property COVID-19 Testing

We have enhanced our Health & Safety protocol and as an extension to our commitment to you for a safe and comfortable stay we have established on-property COVID-19 testing, upon arrival or before departure.

Teaming up with local private medical Covid-19 certified expert Cretan Medicare Center, on-property testing options (either rapid antigen or preventive PCR tests) are offered optionally to all guests, at a fee, at the hotel.

  • Preventive PCR test: the price is arranged at 55€/guest
  • Rapid antigen test: the price is arranged at 20€/guest

Special terms

  • All tests are available to children, at the same fee, without age restrictions
  • A 48h booking test appointment is required, during weekdays
  • Test appointments over the weekend are limited and require additional fee
